Get started with your HA-BC01 in just a few simple steps.

Step 1: Unboxing & Charging​

  1. Take the HA-BC01 device and charging cable out of the package
  2. Before first use, we recommend fully charging the device using the included charging cable
    • Connect the magnetic charging connector or USB cable to the device
    • Charging: Indicator light shows charging status
    • Fully Charged: Indicator light changes or turns off
  3. Once charged, you're ready to power on the device

Step 2: Bluetooth Connection​

The HA-BC01 operates in dual Bluetooth mode. You need to first pair it as a regular Bluetooth headset before connecting to the app.

Pairing with a New Device​

  1. Power on the device: Press and hold the Multi-function button (Button E) until you hear a startup sound
  2. On your smartphone or tablet, go to Bluetooth settings and scan for new devices
  3. Select a device with the prefix "HA-BC01" followed by a four-digit number (e.g., "HA-BC01 0000")
    • ⚠️ Important: Do NOT select devices with a five-digit suffix (e.g., "HA-BC01 B0000")
  4. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound
  5. Your BC01 is now paired as a Bluetooth headphone

Reconnecting to a Paired Device​

  1. Ensure your BC01 is powered on
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your previously paired device
  3. The BC01 should automatically reconnect. If it doesn't, select the device with the four-digit suffix (e.g., "HA-BC01 0000") from your device's Bluetooth list

Step 3: Connect via App​

After completing the basic Bluetooth connection, connect to the Hearit.AI app for AI-powered features.
