Basic Operations​

Device Overview​

The TWS01 is a versatile wireless earphone that combines quality audio playback with convenient AI Chat functionality. These comfortable earbuds let you enjoy your music and interact with AI assistance through natural conversation, making your daily listening experience both enjoyable and practical.

Each TWS01 earbud features a dedicated control button for intuitive operation.

Powering On/Off​

  • The charging case serves as both a protective enclosure and power station for your earphones.
  • Opening the case automatically activates the earphones, with the digital display indicating the case's remaining battery percentage.
  • Closing the case automatically powers off the earphones for energy conservation.

Bluetooth Connection​

Initial Pairing​

  1. Open the charging case.
  2. Remove both earphones from the case.
  3. Verify that the earphones are powered on.
  4. Navigate to the Bluetooth settings on your mobile device.
  5. From the available devices, select the one labeled "HA-TWS01" followed by a four-digit identifier (e.g., "HA-TWS01 1836"). Important: Avoid selecting devices with a five-digit "L" suffix (e.g., "HA-TWS01 L1836").
  6. A confirmation tone will indicate successful pairing.
  7. Your earphones are now ready for audio playback.

Reconnecting to a Paired Device​

  1. Ensure your TWS01 earphones are powered on.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your previously paired device.
  3. The earphones should establish connection automatically. If not, manually select the device with the four-digit identifier (e.g., "HA-TWS01 1836") from your Bluetooth device list.

App Integration​

  1. Before connecting to the App for the first time, complete the Bluetooth pairing process described above.
  2. Download the 'Hearit.AI' app from your device's app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). You can scan this QR code for direct access:

  2. Launch the app and create an account or sign in.
  3. Select 'Add Hearit.ai'

  1. Grant Bluetooth access permissions when prompted.
  2. Select the device prefixed with 'HA-TWS01 L' from the available devices list.
  3. Setup complete! To initiate an AI conversation, press and hold either earbud button.
  4. Note: The interface may be updated as we continue to enhance the application.

Credit Claim​

  • AI conversations are now credit-based. Each device purchase includes 500 complimentary credits.
  • To claim your credits:
    1. Connect to the app and navigate to the settings page.
    2. Locate and tap the "Claim Credits" button.
    3. Your account will be credited with 500 credits.
  • Important: The 500-credit bonus is a one-time offer per device purchase.

Audio Controls​

Bluetooth Audio Playback​

After establishing a Bluetooth connection:

  1. Launch your preferred music application.
  2. Select your desired audio content.
  3. Audio will stream through your TWS01 earphones.

Control Functions​

  1. Single press: Play/Pause audio
  2. Double press right earbud: Next track
  3. Double press left earbud: Previous track
  4. Press and hold (when connected to App): Initiate AI conversation
  5. Triple press right earbud: Decrease volume Triple press left earbud: Increase volume
  6. Five presses on either earbud: Clear Bluetooth pairing
