3. Quick Start Guide​

Get started with your HA-TWS01 in just a few simple steps.

Step 1: Unboxing & Charging​

  1. Take the HA-TWS01 earbuds and charging case out of the package
  2. Before first use, we recommend fully charging the charging case using the included USB Type-C cable
    • The digital display on the case shows the remaining battery percentage
  3. Open the charging case - the earbuds will automatically power on
  4. Close the case when not in use - the earbuds will automatically power off to conserve energy

Step 2: Connect via App​

The HA-TWS01 is designed to work with the Hearit.AI mobile app for full access to AI features.

1. Bluetooth Pairing (First Time):

a. Open the charging case and remove both earbuds

b. Verify that the earbuds are powered on

c. On your smartphone, enable Bluetooth and go to Bluetooth settings

d. Scan for new devices

e. Select the device labeled "HA-TWS01 XXXX" (where XXXX is a 4-digit identifier, e.g., "HA-TWS01 1836")

Important: Do NOT select devices with an "L" prefix (e.g., "HA-TWS01 L1836") - this is reserved for app connection

f. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone

g. Your earbuds are now ready for audio playback

a. In the Hearit.AI App home page, tap "Add Device" and select your device model (HA-TWS01) from the list
