Why these limitations? The firmware update tool uses the Web Bluetooth API, which isn't supported by all browsers. This is a limitation of the browsers themselves, not our firmware update tool.

I'm using iOS and can't update my device
Unfortunately, iOS devices have limited support for Web Bluetooth, which our firmware update tool requires. You have a few options:
- Use an Android device or a desktop computer with Chrome/Edge browser
- Try a specialized third-party browser like WebBLE Browser (results may vary)
- Contact our support team for alternative update methods
