Update Instructions

1. Prepare Your Device

   • Ensure your HA-MIC01A has at least 50% battery
   • Place the device close to your computer/smartphone

2. Start the Update Process

   • Click the "Open Firmware Update Tool" button above
   • Allow Bluetooth permissions when prompted
   • Select your HA-MIC01A device from the list

3. During the Update

   • Keep your device within 1 meter of your computer/smartphone
   • Do not close the browser tab or turn off your device
   • The process typically takes 1-2 minutes

4. After the Update

   • Your device will automatically restart
   • Reconnect the device to your Hearit.AI app

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues during the update process:

1. Connection Problems

   • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device
   • Restart both your device and browser
   • Try using a different supported browser

2. Update Fails

   • Retry the update after restarting your device
   • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
   • Check that your device battery is not critically low

3. Device Not Found

   • Press the power button on your device to wake it up
   • Make sure the device is in pairing mode (LED flashing)
   • Try moving your device closer to your computer or smartphone
