Pairing & Connection​

  1. Launch the app and create an account or sign in.
  2. Select your language.
  3. Long-press the front button for 3 seconds to power on the device.
    • Confirmation: Buzzer sound + steady blue LED.
  4. Enable Bluetooth on your phone and select your device in the app. Add Your Device
  5. Tap "Start Using" to enter the main interface.

Pairing & Connection​

Power On/Off​

  • Power On: Long press the pairing button
    • Device turns on and broadcasts both Classic Bluetooth and BLE signals
    • Vibration: Two short vibrations
  • Power Off: Long press the pairing button
    • Vibration: Two short vibrations

TF Card Recording (Firmware v1.5.0+)​

  • Condition: Device powered on, Bluetooth disconnected
  • Action: Double-press power button
  • Function: Starts/stops recording to TF card
  • Feedback:
    • Short vibration
    • Recording: Status LED blue flashing
    • Stopped: Returns to Bluetooth waiting state

Bluetooth Pairing​

  1. Clear Pairing Information:

    • Condition: Device is working and Classic Bluetooth is connected
    • Action: Press 3 times quickly, then hold
    • Feedback: One long vibration

  2. Classic Bluetooth Pairing:

    • Condition: Device is working, both Classic Bluetooth and BLE are disconnected
    • Result:
      • Status LED blinks
      • "Connected" voice prompt

  3. BLE Pairing:

    • Condition: Device is working, Classic Bluetooth is disconnected, BLE is connected
    • Result:
      • Status LED blinks
      • "Connected" voice prompt

Translation Button​

  • Action: Single press
  • Function: Notifies app to enter translation mode and starts/stops audio transmission
  • Feedback:
    • One vibration
    • Status LED: Blue light steady on during recording
    • Button LED: Green light turns on when pressed, remains on until pressed again

AI Chat Button​

  • Action: Single press
  • Function: Notifies app to enter note-taking mode and starts/stops audio transmission
  • Feedback:

  • Function: Notifies app to enter meeting mode and starts/stops audio transmission

Operational States​

Disconnection​

  • Condition: BLE is connected
  • Trigger: Phone actively disconnects BLE
  • Result:
    • Connection breaks
    • Status LED: Red light flashes every 0.5s, three times

Reconnection​

  • Condition: BLE is disconnected, app initiates reconnection
  • Trigger: Remote Bluetooth is turned on
  • Result:
    • Device automatically reconnects to phone
    • Status LED: Blue light flashes every 0.5s, three times

TF Card Recording​

Starting with firmware v1.5.0, the TR01 supports recording directly to an inserted TF card without requiring a Bluetooth connection to your phone.

Requirements​

  • Firmware version 1.5.0 or higher
  • Compatible TF card inserted into the device
  • Device powered on but not connected to Bluetooth

How to Use​

  1. Start Recording:

    • Ensure the device is powered on and Bluetooth is disconnected
    • Double-press the power button to start recording
    • Feedback: Short vibration
    • LED Status: Blue light flashing during recording

  2. Stop Recording:

    • Double-press the power button again
    • Feedback: Short vibration
    • LED Status: Device returns to Bluetooth waiting state
    • Recording will be saved to the TF card

Accessing Recorded Files​

  1. Connect your TR01 to a computer using a USB cable
  2. The device will appear as a USB mass storage device
  3. Browse to access your recorded audio files
  4. Copy files to your computer as needed

Firmware Update​

Keeping your TR01 device updated with the latest firmware ensures optimal performance and access to new features. Follow these steps to update your device's firmware:

Prerequisites​

  • Ensure your device has at least 50% battery charge
  • A WiFi network operating on 2.4GHz frequency band (5GHz is not supported)
  • A stable internet connection

Update Procedure​

1. Connect to WiFi Configuration Portal​

  1. Visit https://hearit.ai/wifi/ in your web browser
  2. Enter your WiFi network name (SSID) and password
  3. Important: Make sure your WiFi network operates on the 2.4GHz frequency band

2. Connect Your Device​

  1. Click "Start Configuration"
  2. When prompted, search for and connect to your TR01 device

The website will automatically transmit your WiFi credentials to your TR01 device

4. Enter OTA Update Mode​

  1. Quickly press the pairing button 5 times in succession
  2. Your device will enter OTA (Over-The-Air) update mode

6. Completion​

Once the white light flashes, your TR01 device has been successfully updated to the latest firmware. The device will automatically restart and be ready for use.

    • Simply press the corresponding function button for your desired mode.

    • Press the Custom button to stop app TTS playback.

  4. How do I record without connecting to my phone?

    • Make sure your device has firmware v1.5.0 or higher
    • Insert a compatible TF card
    • When Bluetooth is disconnected, double-press the power button to start/stop recording
    • Connect the device to a computer via USB to access recordings
