Step-by-step guide to onboarding Hearit.AI app

![]() | Download the Hearit.AI app from: - Android - iOS Alternatively, search for 'Hearit.AI' in Google Play Store or Apple App Store. |
![]() | Create an account using your email, Google, or Apple account to get started. |
![]() | Select your preferred language for both the app interface and Translation mode. For more details about translation features, see Translation mode. |
![]() | Connect your device now or tap "Set later" to configure it at another time. |
![]() | Select your device type: • Choose "NanoMic" for NanoMic devices • Select "HA-Series" for other device models Tip: If your NanoMic isn't detected, try selecting HA-Series instead. |
![]() | Grant bluetooth scanning permission when prompted and select your device from the list. |
![]() | Verify your device's firmware status: • If up-to-date: Access the Device Guide for usage instructions, then select "Direct Use" • If outdated: Complete the firmware update Note: Firmware versions vary by HA-Series model. |
